Performance management – Corporate client

Performance management is critical for this client and it was essential that all members of staff understood the performance management structure, how to plan their career development, define their objectives and implement their plan. It was the client’s first time using elearning as a training mechanism and they took the plunge, delivering it throughout their EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). The response was so positive that they offered us preferred supplier status.
