Equalities and Diversity – Public Sector client

This is not an easy subject to tackle and it is very important to ensure that the messages are delivered effectively and in accordance to government legislation. This course covered areas such as age, disability and faith discrimination in the workplace and when interacting with the public. Rather than providing a do’s and don’ts approach we created real life scenarios using 3D animation to highlight the problems faced everyday and how these should be handled effectively. This solution provided real meaning and support to the learners and was extremely successful.
